• One-time payments, donations with presets or a free amount, subscriptions (day / week / month / year, trials) and instalment plans; quantities, coupons, expiry and limits, images and descriptions
• Your own fields (text, select, checkbox…), on-paid actions: add a role, create the account, send files (media library or ShareVault), enrol LearnDash / Tutor courses, a signed webhook, a thank-you message and redirect

Checkout designer

Gateways

• Integrated: Stripe (one-off and native subscriptions with webhooks), PayPal, Paddle (merchant of record), Paystack, Razorpay, Flutterwave, M-Pesa STK push, bank transfer / manual; test mode where the provider offers one; connection tests
• A catalog of 60 providers filtered by your business country, with methods, fees and notes, so you pick what actually serves you

Invoices

• Line items, per-line tax, discounts, due dates, notes and terms; numbering with prefix and yearly reset; PDF; send, resend and remind (before due and at 1, 7, 14 days overdue); partial payments; record offline payments; void
• Pay page per invoice with the same gateways

Subscriptions

• Stripe bills natively; every other gateway renews by invoice: a renewal invoice is issued ahead of each period, with dunning reminders and automatic cancellation after the grace period
• Instalment plans: N equal charges, completed automatically; a customer page to see payments and cancel

Taxes

• Rules by country, EU or continent, inclusive or exclusive prices; EU VAT numbers validated against VIES with reverse charge for valid B2B customers outside your country

Ledger-first

• Every attempt is an order first; retries resume the same gateway session instead of opening another; marking paid is idempotent; lost return trips are settled by an hourly re-check; refunds through the gateway where supported
