Route

• Primary and secondary routes: this server, SMTP, Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, Amazon SES (SigV4) — no SDKs
• Automatic failover: when the primary route fails the message goes out through the secondary one, and the log says so
• Separate route for marketing mail (newsletters) so campaigns never hurt the reputation of your transactional sender
• Force the From name / address, set the Return-Path, keep Reply-To from the caller

• Mail log: every wp_mail() call with recipients, subject, headers, body, route, transport, status, provider message id, timing and whether it was DKIM-signed
• Search, filter by status, open any message, resend it as is or to another address; retention in days
• Test send with a report: route taken, time, DKIM, SPF and DMARC state

Fix

• DNS doctor: SPF (with the include for your provider and your server IP), DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MX and reverse DNS — each with a copy-ready record
• DKIM key generator: RSA-2048 per domain, the TXT record to publish, a live check, rotation to a new selector
• Blocklist monitor: 12 IP blocklists (Spamhaus ZEN, SpamCop, Barracuda, SORBS, PSBL, UCEPROTECT, …) and 3 domain lists (Spamhaus DBL, SURBL, URIBL), checked daily with an email alert

Protect

• Background queue with a per-minute rate limit, retries with backoff, urgent mail (password resets, codes) sent directly
• Bounce and complaint webhooks for Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid and Amazon SES; MailFlow suppresses the addresses automatically
• Failure alert email (at most one per hour) and a Site Health test

• Wrap every plain-text notice WordPress sends (password resets, new user, comments…) in a clean HTML template with your logo, accent colour and footer
